David Levesque - Attorney

Attorney David Levesque was raised in a commercial fishing family near Ellsworth and has made Midcoast Maine his home for the past 20+ years. He is an active supporter of his community and has provided legal services to the Midcoast and beyond for more than 20 years. As a graduate of UMaine Law and a past president of the Maine Bar Association, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience about what it means to be a lawyer serving Mainers. He is active in the small business community and provides legal advice and services to individuals and business owners alike.

Elliot Boyle

Elliot Boyle - Associate Attorney

Elliot Boyle is a native Hoosier, having only made his way to Maine in 2020. His professional and educational background is grounded in community lawyering. He is actively working towards becoming an attorney to better serve Levesque Law’s clients. As someone new to his community and to the practice of law, he is always ready to meet a new face and explore new areas of the law.

Dorothy Peters

Dorothy Peters - Business Manager

Dorothy brings more than 35 years of experience in finance and business administration to Levesque Law. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen financial operations, lead successful capital campaigns, and support sustainable growth through her background in administration, bookkeeping, business development, and fundraising. Committed to her community, she has served as Recording Secretary for the Newcastle Board of Selectmen and volunteers with local nonprofit organizations.

Mason Brewer - Associate Attorney

Mason is a proud native of Wiscasset, with deep roots in the Midcoast communities served by Levesque Law. After spending several years in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom earning his undergraduate degree and beginning a career in higher education, Mason returned to Maine to help students navigate their educational and career goals while pursuing his own professional aspirations. Mason earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2024. Since joining Levesque Law, he has successfully represented clients in achieving their objectives and resolving complex legal matters through practical, results-driven advocacy. Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and exploring Maine and other historic areas of the U.S.

Sue Foye

Sue Foye - Legal Assistant

Sue has long experience in the legal world, having worked as a Legal Assistant for several law firms in the Mid-Coast area for the past 37 years. Sue grew up in Wiscasset and still resides there. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends in this area, as well as traveling to Georgia to spend time with family and her almost two-year-old granddaughter.

Nels Faul - Legal Assistant

Nels is a proud native Mainer who earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. Driven by a passion for helping others, he is committed to the Levesque Law team in supporting clients through complex legal matters and help ease the stress that often accompanies the legal process. While he enjoys the unique charm of Mid-coast Maine, he looks forward to pursuing law school in the coming years. Outside the office, he enjoys yoga, practicing his French and Spanish, and serving his community through volunteer work at a local food pantry.
